Yes, the basic daily price includes liability and collision insurance (BASIC), with a security deposit of 1800 € * As you make your reservation, or when you pick up the campervan, you can choose to upgrade to:
• EXTENDED insurance, lowers the security deposit to 900 €* and includes one additional driver and windows insurance (15€ per day);
• PREMIUM insurance, lowers the security deposit to 700 €* and includes two additional drivers, driving outside Spain, windows insurance and passengers insurance (19 € per day).
The security deposit will be returned to you during max. 14 days (In practice, we refund the deposit quicker) after drop off a camper if no damage is verified. Check the additional protection menu for more informations.
Our surfcampers are designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 persons, two adults. After unfolding the bed large and comfortable - length is 200 cm and a width of 140 cm.
Our goal is to equip a camper so as to meet your requirements - to see a list of standard equipment go to site EXTRAS&INSURANCE&PRICE, you can purchase additional optional equipment - list of additional equipment can be found here. Thanks to that you will pack into a smaller suitcase and buy a cheaper ticket.
You can rent camper minimum for 4 days from Malaga, Sevilla, Tarifa. But If you pick up or drop off campervan from Lisbon you can rent campervan for a minimum 14 days or from Faro minimum 6 days (not depending on the month).
All campervans are inspected regularly. At this extremely unlikely and unfortunate occurrence, we will make our best to solve your problem using our 24 h roadside assistance number. In case the campervan cannot be fixed in the spot, we will transport you to the nearest garage where the necessary repairs will be made. In case the campervan has any malfunction that cannot be fixed in a short period of time, we will provide a backup vehicle for you to continue your vacations.
If you see that you do not reach on time, please call us immediately, we will check schedule, if at that date will not be another book, it should not be much of a problem. However, if the car will have booked, each additional hour will cost 30 euro.
With Basic insurance you can traveling only in Spain. However if you choose extendet or premium insurance. Then you can traveling on the European Union. The campervan rental price includes unlimited Km, so you don't have to thinking about how much Kms you will be traveling.
If it turns out that you have to refrain from renting our motorhome. And if we receive notification from you about the cancellation:
- 45 days before collection, you are entitled to a full refund
- 45 to 30 days before collection, we refund 50% of the amount paid;
- from the 29th day before collection, there will be no refund for any cancellation reasons.
If you choose Extended/Premium/Superior or insurance then you are guaranteed the possibility of introducing two drivers.
Yes. We reserve the security deposit value that varies according to the insurance option you choose. This serves to cover possible damage to the campervan or its contents while in your possession. The security deposit is canceled within 14 working days after delivery of the campervan, as expressed in our rental Terms and Conditions. You must ensure that you deliver the campervan simple cleaned (including all kitchen appliances and rental extras) and with full diesel tank.
When coming to collect the campervan you should have with you: • Passport/I.D; • Deposit - transfer confirmation;• Driving license

You receive from us a car that is clean and disinfected. Therefore, to maintain the standard of travel without the animals. If you have trouble finding care for your animal, please contact us we will try to think up and develop something.
If you wish, we can help you with finding parking.
You pay 39 euro for check, prepare a camper for a road and thorough cleaning. The camper has to be returned normal/simply clean, at the agreed time and everything has to be in the same condition as it was before the beginning of the rental. So you should clean it after your vacation inside, empty the waste water. The company can charge, via credit card, if any of the following rules have not been followed correctly. If you do not have enough time to clean up your camper, you can buy a cleaning service for 25 euros.
All our campers are equipped with a radio/CD player and bluetooth.
If you travel two - you and your small passenger you can put a baby seat to the front seat. Please bring a your baby seat - Unfortunately, we don’t have baby seat supplied.
The big advantage of our campers is the fact that they have a height limit for a normal car, you can park and drive in many places inaccessible to conventional campers. This allows you to spend a night in a number of beautiful places with fabulous views. In addition, before your arrival you will get access to our on-line map with marked ``secrete spot`` places which we will recommend to you.
To the right you reserve your car rental select the date and time place the delivery and commissioning of the car. Then the page will take you to the payment where you can make a transfer to our account. The payment on account has to be made up to 24 hours after booking the car. For your email you will get all the information together with the reservation number.
No we dont have any extra hidden costs, but you will be charged if: the car is damaged, you return it late according to the predetermined time, the car will be dirty and require additional cleaning when the fuel tank will not be full when the equipment will not match when you pick it up or you are obliged to pay if you have a ticket (for speeding / bad parking, etc.), no matter how much time you have left after you have given your camper - you have to pay. If you know you'll be late, tell us about it as soon as possible and we'll try to adapt to you. Remember that the sooner you let us know, the easier we will be able to arrange pickup car. Plan your return journey early. If you are late more than 30 minutes - we must collect an additional fee.
